The Mega Death 2027 from the brand Capita is a high-end snowboard designed for demanding riders in search of lightness, power, and speed. Descended from the famous Black Snowboard of Death, it concentrates cutting-edge technologies to explore the entire mountain, from challenging pistes to deep powder slopes.
Its flex offers a balance between stability, responsiveness, and versatility. Its Directional shape with a 0.8" setback favours control on descents and float in powder. The Alpine V1 profile combines a central camber, a flat tail, and a rocker nose: it ensures excellent grip on hard snow, powerful pop, and better flotation in deep snow. The sidecut New Age Progressive Death Grip™ enhances trajectory precision.
Its core, the Thermopolymer Starship Core™, combining selected poplar and recycled thermopolymer channels, optimises the weight-to-strength ratio while preserving dynamism. The Pure Megacarbon™ layup delivers power and responsiveness without weighing the board down. The competition-grade base Megadrive™ XT, enriched with carbon, guarantees exceptional glide.
