This boot is Maestrale RS designed for those seeking comfort on the ascent, whilst its descent performance puts even the best freeride ski boots to shame. This boot is designed for good to very good skiers who are looking for a boot that delivers a truly responsive feel and guarantees excellent performance during descents.
It Maestrale RS consists of a shell, offering Grilamid® an excellent balance between weight and rigidity. The shoe collar is made from Pebax® Rnew®, an eco-friendly material that reduces the environmental impact of your shoes whilst improving their rigidity and elasticity. Its release system is very simple and allows for a total travel range of 61° , enabling it to operate very smoothly.
In terms of comfort and fit, the liner is Intuition of high quality thanks to the reinforced tongue, a carefully engineered rear flex and a smooth Lycra panel at the top of the back of the liner, designed to make fitting easier. What’s more, the rubber sole Vibram® offers excellent durability as well as good adhesion/grip when you’ve got your skis strapped to your rucksack as you head off in search of a dedicated couloir.
Equipped with technology Recco®, the Gea RS could save your life if you are caught in an Avalanche. Naturally, it Maestrale RS is compatible with ski bindings and ski touring bindings.
