The
The Maestrale is made up of a full shell made of Pebax for lightness and excellent skiability. Its construction saves weight, as less material has been used in places where it is not necessary. This shoe features a Speed Lock MLT disengagement system, which gives you 61° of total travel (37° backwards, 24° forwards) so you can walk very smoothly.
In terms of comfort and fit, the Intuition Cross Fit Pro liner is high quality thanks to a reinforced tongue density, a refined rear flex and a smooth Lycra on the top of the rear of the liner to make it easier to put on.
The Vibram Cayman LT sole offers excellent durability and good grip when you've got your skis on your backpack. The Finger Strap and the Thor Buckle are much easier to use than traditional buckles and straps, so you won't have to take your gloves off in the coldest conditions. Practical... and less heavy!
Equipped with Recco technology, the Maestrale can save your life if you fall victim to an avalanche.
Of course, the Scarpa Maestrale has Low Tech inserts to go with the lightest touring bindings, but is also compatible with the ISO 9523 standard.
