Inspired by nature, Patagonia has chosen hollow yarns in designing this technical jacket. To adapt to their cold environment, animals such as polar bears have hollow tube fur. Air is stored inside to create an excellent layer of insulation which protects them from the freezing air.
It retains the heat your body gives off and ensures good moisture transfer so that you stay dry. In terms of effort, the thermal layer also features the HeiQ® Fresh odour control system, which reduces the growth of odour-causing bacteria on fabrics. Its compact format combines lightness and thermal regulation.
