The Lexa EST® freeride all-mountainbindings are perfect to complement your all-mountain snowboard and offer you the best board/fix combo for days of riding on all terrains. More affordable than the Escapade EST®, the Lexa EST® is no less comfortable thanks to the Hammockstrap™ asymmetrical straps in net-type construction that fit perfectly in the boots.
Offering the same level of performance as the Esacapade EST®, the main difference between the two models comes from the slightly stiffer spoiler on the Lexa EST® , which provides precision and responsiveness, especially when you're freeriding. In the EST® version, the Lexa offers a more precise board feel and perfectly complements the flex of your Burton board.
The LexaEST® is the ideal choice of all-mountain freeride bindings that combine performance and comfort for advanced riders who want to ride them on their everyday board.
Flex - 8/10 : Stiff flex.
Cushioning - 4/10 : soft cushioning. TheAutoCANT FullBED™ Cushioning System with B3 Gel is composed of double density EVA foam that reduces fatigue no matter what your stance and adjustment angle, and also improves control of the board. The B3 gel used for the boot soles delivers the ultimate level of comfort and doesn't change properties even when it's cold.
Embase - 30% Short-Glass/Nylon Composite : a single-component baseplate constructed of 30% fibreglass and the rest in different densities of nylon. The ideal build for getting a better feel for the terrain.
spoiler - Single-Component Canted Living Hinge™ Zero Forward Lean spoiler with DialFLAD™ : The Zero-Lean Canted spoiler is a spoiler that can be adjusted to 0°, in other words the spoiler is vertical for a more playful and relaxed stance. The DialFLAD™ system allows the spoiler to be adjusted depending on what you're using it for: a wide angle for good grip on ice or no angle at all for a relaxed jib! The lightweight 2-part spoiler perfectly moulds to the shape of the boot while the spring mechanism builds momentum. Living Hinge™ is designed to make bindings lighter. It also allows you to independently adjust your forward lean adjuster.
Straps - Asym Hammockstrap™ with Flex Slider and Lightweight Gettagrip Capstrap™ :the streamlined, asymmetrical strap envelops your boots even better. With its latticed, streamlined design, this strap creates either a flexible hold or one that is securely fixed for a challenging run. Reduces pinch points. Reversible so you can choose between a firm hold and fluidity. The Flex slider allows the reinforced heel strap to open as wide as it will go so you can get strapped in even faster. The Capstrap™ Supergrip is lightweight and offers comfort and support thanks to its firm frame that perfectly encompasses the front of the shoe
Buckles - Double Take Buckles Featuring Insta-Click : Fast strap fastening using oblique teeth with more torque. More torque means faster and easier buckling!
