No subject to promotional offersThe Jetforce BT 35 from the brand Pieps is a high-performance avalanche airbag backpack designed to enhance safety during off-piste outings.
Its JetForce electronic system allows multiple deployments on a single charge, without gas cartridges or replacement of a triggering device: it can therefore be used for training at no extra cost. Its compact lithium-ion battery provides at least 4 deployments per charge and remains compatible with air travel. At each start-up and during use, the PIEPS electronics automatically monitor the proper functioning of the system.
The Bluetooth® connection and the PIEPS app facilitate device management and maintenance. A major feature is that the airbag automatically deflates after 3 minutes following deployment. This function then releases an additional volume of air around the head and upper body, potentially providing precious time in case of burial or a secondary avalanche. Finally, the Zip-On modular system also allows the pack to be adapted to different uses with 10, 25, or 35-litre boosters.
