They wrap the foot with a soft and comfortable hold from the very first moments and for a long time, thanks to the integration of a sliding patch and multidensity Ultralon foam. The FTR construction makes these shoes 10% lighter and 10% more compact without compromising comfort or durability. Thanks to the 1:1 last ratio, it ensures a precise and customised fit.
The internal support system Str8jkt BOA® works like a three-point seatbelt, activated by the BOA® Fit System, offering secure and stable support. The BOA® Coiler™ lacing system is simple and effective: press the dial to engage it, turn it to tighten the fit, and pull to loosen. This system allows the lace to be tightened instantly, speeding up putting the shoes on. The TX3 BOA® lace, made of soft, anti-friction textile, offers many adjustment possibilities for a precise and comfortable fit. The H4 Coiler™ BOA® system allows for quick and effortless lacing, instantly tightening the lace for an accurate fit.
The double-density OrthoLite® C2 insole moulds to the shape of the foot for long-lasting comfort. The thermoformable multidensity Custom Fit™ foam is strategically placed on sensitive areas of the foot, shin, ankle, and endpiece, allowing a personalised fit and tailored comfort. Salomon's Quickdry technology accelerates drying, keeping feet comfortably dry even during extended sessions.
The Feather sole, inspired by the iconic XT-6, combines an EVA blend for reduced weight while providing grip, comfort, and shock absorption.
