The Impulse 112 are freeride skis from Black Diamond.
The Impulse range is Black Diamond's dedicated off-piste ski range. They provide high performance, agile skis that allows the experienced skier to have fun on all types of terrain.
These skis are built in a sandwich construction with full ABS sidewalls. There is a poplar core supported by a fiberglass reinforcement. These characteristics guarantee good skiability with a rigid and stable ski with a progressive flex.
The double rocker allows good agility with a good pivot and ease in soft snow.
Here in the 112mm wide version the Impulse 112 is the widest in the range with optimal lift for powder snow.
- 112 mm skid with good lift, ideal for deep snow
- Rocker in the tip and tail and traditional camber in the skate
- Made in Austria, with prepreg fiberglass structure and poplar core
- Flat-top construction and full ABS sidewalls for increased power and stiffness
- Optimal use: 70% soft snow, 30% hard snow

Cette nouvelle gamme Impulse de chez Black D, remplaçant la gamme Boundary, nous a agréablement surpris. Avec celle-ci, Black Diamond apporte une vision du freeride plus moderne avec des skis plus agiles et ludiques. Les rayons de courbe se resserrent un peu pour permettre plus de jeu dans les courbes.
Cette paire en 112 a su se montrer puissante et polyvalente. Une vraie paire de fat pour les grands champs de poudre et les grosses journée en forêt.
