The Hypnotist is the range's freestyle board with a reliable standard camber that brings power and precision to create a board that will delight demanding freestylers. The pop of the Hypnotist is amplified by the Carbon DarkWeb™ reinforcements which will make you take off as if you had a spring under each boot.
Like any good snowboard that calls itself a freestyle board, the Hypnotist is a real symmetrical Twin with a perfectly centered stance. The tip and tail give it some tolerance so you can add tail presses to your tricks collection! Despite its very freestyle nature, the Hypnotist will be equally at home on the slopes for carving and off-piste fun. The K2 Afterblack will thrill freestyle riders who like leaving the park and having fun in the rest of the resort.
It is robust with its BAP core to handle all your landings with ease but is also playful with a 7/10 flex. This board will accompany you in all your park sessions season after season.

Camber - Twin: A profile that gives you a playful board, and an energetic pop to help you with your park jumps or ollies on the slope.
Shape - True Twin: symmetrical shape very popular in freestyle for its manoeuvrability in all directions.
Core - BAP Core: A blend of three renewable wood species to create a strong, lightweight core designed to improve damping.
Topsheet - Triaxial Glass: A glass laminate with diagonal layers that adds torsional rigidity for increased stability and edge retention. The fibres are woven in three layers at 45°, 45° and 0°. This allows for a more responsive ride longitudinally and in torsion.
Base - Wax Infused Sintered 4001 Base: The hardest and fastest sintered base material on the market, Wax-Infused Sintered 4001 holds wax longer than other sintered bases for a smoother, longer glide.
SpaceGlass™: Aerospace-grade pre-cured fibreglass insert manufactured in the USA and used to deliver unrivalled structural performance while reducing weight. SpaceGlassTM inserts increase edge retention along contact points, reduce chatter and offer unrivalled durability.
