EPS is injected directly into the shell of the helmet and it is then thermoformed. The two layers are inseparable and this allows the shock to be distributed throughout the helmet for optimum protection and absorption.
The adjustable ventilation system allows kids to regulate the flow of air and therefore heat. They will be able to open and close the vents as they wish.
