The Joy from Head is a benchmark in the world of women's skiing, thanks in particular to very lightweight constructions and high-performance skis. The Pure Joy is the most accessible of the brand, it is extremely tolerant and playful. It has a good grip and the entry into corners is made easy by the rocker Allride. It's designed for women skiers who want to start out or who have a basic level and are looking to improve with a ski that's safe and very easy to handle.
Head has brought many technologies to this ski, including an ultra-light construction that integrates Graphene. This means that the skis are around 20% lighter than normal, yet they still remain sturdy, greatly improving their performance. This construction also allows the camber to be lowered for greater adhesion and more control. EMC technology and its ceramic piezoelectric plate at the front of the ski will absorb vibrations for smoother skiing.
The Pure Joy is an ideal ski to start with effortlessly and confidently with a ski that still has character. It will also suit skiers who are looking to improve.

Shape:
- Rocker: very slight lift in the tip and tail, with a classic camber under the waist. 20% rocker and 80% camber.
Materials:
- LYT Tech Construction : By developing a core incorporating lightweight karuba wood and graphene, the ski becomes lighter and more efficient. A single weight distribution thickens the tip and the heel and makes the waist thinner. The V-shape provides easy control for better handling and more stability.
Technologies
- EMC F: The front HEAD EMC (Energy Management Circuit) has a ceramic piezo plate integrated into the front of the ski. Here, kinetic energy is converted into electronic energy and in turn, electronic energy is used to absorb unwanted vibrations. This maes the skis more fluid so you can ski at your best all day long.
- UHM C base: Ultra tough base designed to handle all terrains.
