This is the Dozer 1T shovel from BCA.

The Dozer 1T shovel features a collapsible handle to offer you high efficiency without compromising on weight or compactness. By engaging the weight of the body, this shovel is capable of digging all types of snow, thanks in particular to its blade designed to cut through snow.

But it doesn't neglect practicality with its spring-loaded pin system that allows you to quickly connect the handle and the bucket.

With its aluminium bucket and 59cm long ovoid handle, this shovel is strong and durable.

Like all BCA shovels, it meets the UIAA standard for avalanche rescue shovels.
