Downhill Ski - Men -
The Disruption 78Ti are men's alpine skis from K2.
As part of the new Disruption range, the Diruption 78Ti is one of the most versatile models in the range and is also specifically designed for the piste.
With a turn radius between a giant and mid-sized ski, this ski will excel in medium to large turns. Its relatively wide waist will give you great stability and incredible versatility.
In terms of the technology applied to its construction, K2 has spoilt us. Firstly, the Ti I-Beam is a large titanium plate covering the centre of the ski from tip to tail. This board is coupled with Powerwall edges made from ABS. This combination provides full-length stiffening of the ski for better precision and stability at high speed. Another special feature of this ski is the presence of the Dark Matter Damping, the brand's latest innovation, which consists of adding polymer and carbon inserts to the tip and tail edges. These inserts offer better grip and control allowing you to attack the slope and ski faster.
When the conditions are not perfect, the ski will excel in the morning on very hard snow and will stay remarkable in the afternoon when the snow starts to warm up. The Disruption 78Ti is a versatile downhill ski that will delight intermediate to advanced skiers.
