The Disruption 78C Alliance is a women's Alpine ski from K2.
The Disruption Alliance ski range is dedicated to women skiers who prefer to stay on packed slopes with the aim of progressing and working on their performance.
With a 78mm waist, the Disruption 78C Alliance is a very stable ski that will give you the confidence to attack the slopes even harder. The rocker was designed for speed. Short and slight at the tip and flat at the tail, you will be able to start your turns on any type of snow, the grip will be there.
In terms of construction, the Disruption 78C Alliance is made from Carbon. The carbon is present throughout the ski at the base, and tapers at the tip and tail. The carbon material in the ski is very light and its progressive extension into the tip and tail provides precision and quick edge changes, while maintaining control and comfort.
The Powerwall construction improves edge grip and power transfer allowing you to attack faster and harder with confidence. With the Disruption 78C Alliance you will remain in control of your skis thanks to the Dark Matter Damping technology. Thin layers of carbon are placed along the edges to reduce vibration and improve grip.
With the Disruption 78C Alliance you will keep control of your skis regardless of the speed and grip in turns.

Construction:
CARBON I-BEAM: Unidirectional full-length carbon from tip to tail, providing increased precision and energy throughout the ski with a lighter, more lively feel than the Titanal I-Beam construction.
POWERWALL: Power transfer to the ski edges is greatly improved with oversized ABS sidewalls that are laminated into the core at the skate.
DARK MATTER DAMPING: A polymer shock absorber between two layers of carbon strategically placed along the edge of the ski to eliminate high frequency vibrations, providing significantly increased grip at high speeds.
