60 days to change your mindThe Couloir Glove Obsidian/Tan from the brand Mountain Equipment is a technical men's glove designed for long days of mountaineering or skiing in harsh conditions.
Its construction includes a GORE-TEX® insert with a ePE membrane, ensuring durable waterproofing, high breathability, and essential windproof properties to regulate your hand temperature and keep them dry, even during intense efforts. The exterior is made from softshell stretch EXOLITE XP fabric, known for its durability and flexibility, providing excellent freedom of movement. Additionally, the gloves feature a palm and reinforcements in water-resistant goat leather; this leather is tough enough for regular rope work and guarantees excellent grip on ice axes or poles, even on ice.
For comfort and dexterity, the palm is lined with micropolar fleece which provides warmth without compromising your freedom of movement. The back of the hand and the spaces between the fingers benefit from a fleece lining for increased insulation. The fingers are constructed with Roll-tip fingers technology for superior durability at friction points. Finally, these gloves incorporate practical features for athletes: a one-handed adjustable drawcord closure, a suede nose wipe panel, and carabiner clips to easily attach them to a harness.
