This two-part pole is equipped with a removable steel spike that provides increased adhesion/grip on all steep and exposed terrain. For moderate slopes, simply remove the spike using the System ClickLock. Finally, with its lower strand made of carbon and upper strand made of aluminium, the Carbon Whippet Pole is both lightweight and resistant.
