Freestyle snowboard - Unisex -
The Cab Driver 2027 is a unisex freestyle snowboard from the brand Amplid, designed for intermediate riders looking to combine agility and versatility across all types of terrain.
Its construction involves a poplar wood core Omni Core , renowned for its lightness and durability, offering excellent flex memory. The technology Thick Cut provides reinforcement of rigidity at the tips, improving stability and lift in Powder snow whilst reducing vibrations. The shape True Twin ensures perfect balance both in switch and regular stance, making it ideal for tricks and versatility.
The Cruise Camber combines a standard camber underfoot with a slight rocker at the nose, making the board responsive and with good handling, whilst also improving floatation in deep snow. The carbon Carbon Pop Band strip provides dynamic pop and enhances flex recovery without adding weight to the board. Its sole Extruded 4 Base ensures high-performance glide with minimal maintenance, whilst the double layer of fibreglass Biax Glass strikes a balance between responsiveness and forgiveness.
The Cab Driver 2027 encourages you to push your limits in freestyle whilst enjoying stability and handling that will appeal to both seasoned enthusiasts and riders looking to improve their skills.

| TRUE TWIN | A perfectly symmetrical shape offering the same balance in switch as in normal stance, ideal for freestyle and versatile riding. |
| CRUISE CAMBER | The standard camber underfoot, combined with the nose rocker, makes the board even more responsive in Powder snow and gives it the ability to go anywhere. AmplidOn directional snowboards, a slight early rise is added to the Cruise Camber to further improve lift. |
| THICK CUT | The cores Thick Cut feature a thicker profile at the tip and tail for several reasons: this type of flex suits a wider range of rider body shapes, reduces vibration and increases rigidity where it is needed. Reducing the camber in the nose and tail improves lift in Powder snow, provides greater control and increases stability. |
| CARBON POP BAND | A thin strip of unidirectional carbon fibres running along the snowboard’s central axis, from tip to tail, enhancing the “pop” and extending the flex memory without affecting torsional rigidity. |
| EXTRUDED 4 BASE | If we didn’t tell you, you’d think this sole was sintered. Amplid’s innovative extruded material offers high gliding properties and rarely needs waxing. |
| NOYAU OMNI CORE | A reliable wooden core made from low-density poplar wood, which is both lightweight and durable, offering excellent flex memory. The industry benchmark for high-level performance. |
| BIAX GLASS | A double layer of fibreglass applied in two directions for a responsive yet forgiving board. |
