Description

The Blade returns this year with a new visual. This pair developed by Line for experienced skiers, looking for a versatile ski, that allows you to charge in all conditions.

They are very dynamic skis with a rigid flex, perfect for carving and for making tight turns with ease. The 5-Cut technology allows several bending radii depending on the intensity of the load applied to the ski. The directional flex makes the front tip lighter, which improves lift in powder and, above all, makes it easier to grip the edges. The stiffer heel makes for a more incisive and very stable pair of skis, even at high speed. So charge down those mountains as much as you like, the Blade 2023 will always be easy to master.

Its Aspenlite Core core gives us a ski that is light and terribly manoeuvrable, while retaining the rigidity needed for a high-performance ski. Their high quality construction with the Gas Pedal Metal technology (visible on part of the design) guarantees excellent grip, even greater stability and, above all, outstanding energy transfer when the skis are put under tension. Whether you're on fresh or tracked out snow, these skis will surprise you! With a Rocker of 300mm at the front and 100mm at the rear, it lifts easily to stay above the powder. While on changing ground, they will absorb the irregularities for a comfortable and controlled glide.

The soles and edges are 30% thicker thanks to Fatty Base & Edge technology, which considerably increases the ski's durability so that your pleasure remains the same outing after outing.

The Blade is remarkable for its performance, its sporty side cuts, and its great versatility. It's a great pair of skis that can keep up with you wherever you go!

Technologies:

Sidewall : Ultra-high-density polyethylene walls at the edges absorb vibration for maximum durability, giving a feeling of softness and stability.

Fatty™ Base & Edge : It's a 30% thicker construction and edge, with a 1.7mm base, which greatly improves the durability and lifespan of the skis.

Core
: Light, agile poplar wood.

Thin Tip : The core has been lightened and the edges thinned out.

Early Rise : The rise of the tip and tail starts sooner as the skis' profile moves away from the centre, making turning easier and helping to keep the skis stable. It also means effortless float in softer snow!

Directional Flex : The more flexible tip allows for easy pivoting and float while the more rigid tail provides power, stability and control at high speed.

5-Cut : 5 different turn radiuses for a more intuitive and agile pair of skis.

Gas Pedal Metal™ : Titanal is placed on the skis to give better grip and torsional stability while remaining a responsive pair of skis. Titanal is also on the tip and tail to give better transmission of energy and power.

Team review
