The Airbag R40 Pro Flex Black is a unisex Airbag backpack from Arva.

Designed for freeriding and freetouring, this generous 40-litre bag will satisfy the most ambitious and committed skiers, and even those who like to be organised and bring everything they'll need with them. Made from an ultra-durable Cordura fabric, it is 3 times more resistant than a conventional polyamide bag. What's more, it's perfectly water-resistant, so you can set off on a 2-day adventure without worrying about the state of your belongings.

Designed so that it doesn't restrict your movements, even during sports sessions, the bag stays close to the body and features adjustable 3D-Fit straps and an adjustable waistband for even greater precision.

You can rely on the large main compartment with zip access for extra technical gear, snacks and everything else you need, as well as the external pocket for your safety equipment, which is now essential in the mountains! Your valuables can go straight into the dedicated secure pocket.

It's hard to beat this little 40-litre Airbag when it comes to accessories, with ski and snowboard racks , ice axe and snowshoes holders. It is also compatible with the Arva helmet system.

This range is compatible with Flex technology. It consists of an Airbag base and 5 bag models to suit different uses and needs. The advantage? There's no extra zip, so no extra weight. The volumes fit onto the base in a matter of seconds.

About the REACTOR airbag system:

This system has been developed with three essential criteria in mind: weight, practicality and comfort. This rucksack features a double airbag with a total capacity of 150 litres, combined with a dual inflation system. The shape and positioning of the airbags are designed to maximise upwards motion during an avalanche.
