The Xplorer Rescue is a technical helmet designed to protect you during your freeride sessions.
Its Hybrid construction allows it to have maximum resistance on the upper section of the helmet in vulnerable areas (ABS) and an In-Mold shell on the lower section to save on weight and give comfort.The Xplorer Rescue helmet has a RECCO chip incorporated into the shell which will allow you to be located by the emergency services in case of an avalanche.
It features the Wheel Fit System, an adjustment system that provides you with maximum precision to ensure the helmet stays perfectly in place during all winter sports. Its adjustable ventilation with ThermoFlow thermoregulating channels allow you to adapt the air circulating in your helmet for the perfect temperature.
Its OSS ear protector system will offer you optimal audio quality and will allow you to hear as well as you would without the helmet.
The Profil's long-hair integrated lining is removable and washable.

Technology:
- Hybrid shell: Combines the advantages of the In-Mold and the ABS. It is composed of a cap on the upper part of the helmet for maximum resistance on vulnerable areas, and In-Mold shell on the lower section to provide extra weight and comfort.
Optimized Sound System (OSS): The earphones are sunk into the inside to avoid blocking the ears, formed in a V-shape to perfectly surround the ear for maximum comfort. In addition, they feature a mesh-lined opening to let the sound pass through whilst reducing the flow of air.
Wheel Fit System: A precise size-adjustment system for outstanding support whatever the conditions.
Recco: Recco technology means you can be located in the event of an avalanche. With the Recco reflectors, a person buried in the snow can be quickly and precisely located by rescuers. However, this does not replace the use of an AVD (Avalanche Victim Protector).Cairn and Recco work hand-in-hand, and this year they have come up with an innovative design that integrates the Recco reflector into the helmet shell itself, for added durability and a stylish look.
