Ultimate free-carving board, the Woodcarver has aDual Degressive Sidecut and a very tight turn radius which makes it very lively but also tolerant. With razor-sharp edges, you'll be able to carve tight turns! The Power Pods placed at the level of your supports bring bite into the ice and act like power steering on your board. The edge setting is faster and brings even more liveliness to theWoodcarver.
The Woodcarver is a very fast board and this is no coincidence. With its fast Sintered Speed Formula II Base, you'll leave everyone behind! The Mid-Wide shape of the Woodcarver allows you to link turns fairly quickly for endless carving.
The Cam-Out (standard camber) on the other hand ensures you a precise control of the board so that you don't go flying out from the Woodcarver. It also gives the board good capabilities in powder when you want to warm your things up in good pwder.
So, beginners carry on, the Woodcarver is a free-carving snowboard that is very rigid thanks to the carbon Diamond Laminates layer reinforcing the core which will suit aggressive riders
- Camber:
Cam-Out (Cambre+Rocker): classic camber under the feet for the grip and dynamism associated with rocker boards, offering greater float on powder and a board that is a little more tolerant than a classic camber board designed without rocker.
- Shape:
Directional: classic shape with the nose slightly longer than the tail for float on unpacked snow.
Dual Degressive Sidecut : the board dimensions mix two different turn radii. A shorter radius in the centre and two identical longer radii at the nose and tail. Overall turn radius playful, easy and tolerant
Power Pods : The width at the heel and toe supports is wider. The result is a more responsive board that bites faster into the ice with improved grip. This technology offsets the edge of the rocker, so that you can firmly lock into any moves. Power Pods act like power steering.
