The Ubac 89 Lady is a women's touring ski from ZAG.
The Ubac 89 Lady has been designed for long, effortless outings! To achieve a weight of just 2.28 kg per pair (164 cm), the brand has used a construction similar to that of the legendary Ubac 95. Plus, it is made from a LIGHT construction and has a 100% paulownia wood core. This type of core is well known for its lightweight performance. It also has multiaxial carbon and fibreglass which make the ski more rigid and dynamic. This is combined with straight ABS edges for flawless grip on all terrains, a sintered sole to go faster and faster, and HR edges that are more resistant to impacts so you can have a ski that is ideal for both uphill and downhill skiing!
As for the shape, the Ubac 89 was designed with a pronounced camber underfoot for efficiency and in hard snow power. However, it has kept the double rocker to improve the pivot on powder days. On hard snow, it proves to be optimal and very efficient
If you are a fan of long ascents and beautiful descents, look no further, this ski is for you! The Ubac 89 Lady has an exceptional weight/performance ratio!
