The goggle strap has an adhesive silicone coating on the inside to keep it securely in place on your helmet so you can ski without any discomfort over time. To take things even further, the strap is removable so you can replace it with a special device TLT Adapter that attaches directly to the helmet on both sides. This is an accessory sold separately.
