60 days to change your mindThe new Sight 2022 is an all-mountain board for intermediate snowboarders, developed by Salomon.
The Sight is a very versatile board that will follow you absolutely everywhere. The Cross Profile camber with a large camber between the feet and two rockers at the ends is as comfortable on jumps and big landings as it is in thick powder where it will favour lift and manoeuvrability.
The Twin directional shape is excellent for freestyle and allows for switch landings or take offs. The turn sequence is also facilitated by this shape which allows you to put a lot of pressure on it to take a lot of edge very quickly.
The Sight is therefore the are ideal board for trying out your first with confidence and control, the. The Aspen Strong is ultra robust and durable so your board is resistant to any shock. So you can go pull off your tricks in total peace of mind, at least as far as your board is concerned...
When you want to let loose on jumps, Royal Rubber Pads add extra support, which is very useful when landing on difficult terrain. These are also very useful when you are descending a track at mach 2 and the bumps on the tracks are felt right down to your thighs. They will then act as a shock absorber and absorb the vibrations before they reach your feet.

Camber:
- Cross Profile: Camber between the feet for better control, more relaxation and more stability at the landing. Rocker shape at the ends for excellent forward and switch lift.
Shape:
Directional Twin: A Twin shape for freestyle moves with a directional flex for power at high-speed. The bindings are set back slightly from the centre.
- Quadratic: This elliptical curve-based sidecut allows for easy turn entry, smooth direction changes and seamless edge-to-edge transitions.
Core:
- Aspen Strong: The CNC-machined wood for the inserts and edges was selected for its high density. Your board has better impact resistance and offers a predictable flex from the opening of the season to the soft snows of spring.
Sole:
- Extruded: Long-lasting glide combined with easy maintenance.
Technology:
- Royal Rubber Pads: Royal Rubber's soft rubber blocks are inserted into the ABS edges in areas subject to high pressure to dampen vibrations and reduce the violence of heavy impacts.
- High quality stone finish: Particularly effective on our sintered EG sole, this precise stone finish increases speed in powder and soft snow.
- Bite Free Edge Bevel: A factory finish with a softened edge angle at the tips for a smoother glide and less grip when turning.

La Sight est une très bonne planche pour les riders intermédiaires voir débutants qui souhaitent progresser rapidement. Elle n'est pas trop exigente, plutôt facile à rider et ne possède que des points positifs.
Son flex intermédiaire permet d'avoir une board réactive et précise, sans se tuer les cuisses dès les premières descentes. Elle se comporte très bien sur la piste, en hors-piste où elle déjauge efficacement et même en park ou le prise de vitesse et les réceptions sont faciles.
