60 days to change your mindThe Pescado is one of the flagship models from Line. These are men's skis that are 100% designed for freeriding.
The Pescado is one of the few skis to have a Swallow tail, a shape originating in surfing and then used in backcountry snowboarding, giving these skis incredible manoeuvrability and ease in thick powder.
Everything has been designed with care to ensure that the Pescado is unbeatable in powder. The swallow tail allows the tail to sink into the snow, which in turn allows the from of the skis to lift off the ground, giving you great manoeuvrability. The 125mm wide waist and the huge front rocker give you a crazy lift, which will make you feel like you are gliding over the snow.
Designed with the Partly Cloudy core, making it very light thanks to the Paulownia wood, it has an excellent power to weight ratio which is reinforced by the directional flex and guarantees the best possible lift. With the 5-Cut geometry, the Pescado skis are manoeuvrable and make turning incredibly easy. The Sidewall technology with ultra high density polyethylene edges absorbs the vibrations of the terrrain and ensures more fluid edge transitions.

The core has been lightened and the edges thinned out.
Early Rise (Tip)
The rise of the tip and tail starts sooner as the skis' profile moves away from the centre, making turning easier and helping to keep the skis stable. It also means effortless float in softer snow!
Early Taper (Tip)
The widest point of the sidecut starts to narrow sooner in the tip and tail, reducing powdering and providing stability.
Directional Flex:
The softer tip allows for easy pivoting and float while the stiffer tail provides power, stability and control at high speed.
5-Cut
5 different curve radiuses for a more intuitive and agile pair of skis.
Swallow Tail
As currently only seen on the Pescado and its follow-on model, the Sakana, it can offer you a more effective edge length when you need it while, also minimising tail stiffness. Turn and take off with maximum ease.
Le Pescado est le ski de peuf par excellence. Et ici on ne parle pas de 20cm de poudreuse mais plutôt de 1,5m au bas mot. Son énorme rocker couplé au swallowtail donne au ski une portance rarement vue tout en conservant une excellente maniabilité.
Un vrai ski pour charger en backcountry et s'éclater dans les gros pillows de neige à la manière de snowboarders.
