The K2 Party Platter Split is a women's splitboard for experienced riders.
Like they say, don't judge a book by its cover! This is actually the case with the Party Platter which is an avant-garde board designed for versatile riders who like to spice up their rides with a touch of freestyle. When you want to rip around the backcountry as well as the park, the Party Platter is more than up for it!
The core reinforcement, the Ollie Bar, positioned in the centre of the board between the binding inserts, makes the Party Platter a board that really responds in any situation. Whether you're on groomed snow or in the depth of the pow, the Party Platter handles easily with its directional shape and behaviour inspired by surfing. The larger Volume Shift sidecut gives this short board real float.
The long nose is just asking for nose presses thanks to the bigger usable area you get from the generous sidecut. The Party Platter's centred stance and the flat camber give it the ideal stability for rotations.
The Party Platter adds a touch of freestyle to every manoeuvre. You're in for a good time with a Party Platter on your feet!
Size guide: You should opt for a size that is 7 to 10cm shorter than your usual board size
PS: Base photos are non-contractual. The base colours are produced at random and may differ.

Camber:
K2 Directional Camber Baseline: Classic camber between the feet and a slight rocker in the nose and tail. All the power of standard camber with improved float in powder. The addition of a rocker slightly sets the point of contact back for smoother turn transitions.
Shape:
Directional: Classic shape with the nose slightly longer than the tail for float on unpacked snow. The directional shape favours turn control as well as easier turn initiation.
Tweekend: a longer rocker. By changing the nose and tail, you create a new ridable surface, creating a much bigger and more stable platform for pressing butters, floating in powder and landing big hits.
Volume Shift: A greater core volume for a board that gives you a buttery, gliding sensation like surfing and so you can carve even better. You should opt for a size that is 7 to 10cm shorter than your usual board size
Tail Kick: A surf look giving you the option of riding switch.
Core:
BAP Core: Three species of renewable timber are blended to assemble a core with optimal durability, less weight, and enhances dampening without the addition of other materials.
Ollie Bar: Built into the core with a pre-loaded cambered shape, the Ollie Bar solves the concern that rockered boards don't have the pop that cambered boards have. Constructed from a smart lay-up of carbon, Kevlar and urethane, the Ollie Bar is positioned in the centre of the board between the inserts. Strong ollies and pressing power don't come from the tail alone. The backbone centre section is actually more critical for smooth, even pressure. You have to try it to believe the pop.
Hybritech sidewall: Hybritech™ is the most effective way of making a snowboard without compromising on the performance. A straight sidewall is placed above the surface of contact and ends where the nose and tail start, reducing the weight and thus the inertia at the ends, making turn initiation easier and improving robustness.
Topsheet:
Biax Glass: Perpendicularly layered fibreglass. Not just for beginners, biaxial boards are ideal on rails, in the street and in the park for their tolerant nature.
Base - 4000 Sintered: K2 Snowboard's fastest base Increased durability and wax absorption.
Effective edge: 104cm (for size 152cm)
Stance: 22 inches
Inserts - 2*4 compatible with 2*4 mini-disk and 4*4 disk bindings
Size guide: You should opt for a size that is 7 to 10cm shorter than your usual board size
