Freestyle snowboard - Men -
The Benchwarmer 2025 is a freestyle snowboard from Ride, designed for experienced riders who don't go to the park to have fun, but rather to throw down and slam as many rotations as possible.
The Benchwarmer picks up where previous years left off, positioning itself as the brand's best freestyle board.
The Twin asymmetric shape coupled with the Hybrid Camber profile makes it an ideal freestyle board. The long camber underfoot and asymmetrical edges make for ultra-precise handling, while the rockers at the ends make it easier to initiate turns and allow for stable, predictable switch landings and launches.
The Benchwarmer is an aggressive, high energy board with a rigid flex. This is due in part to its Performance Core, which combines lightness, responsiveness and durability. It is reinforced by Carbon Array 3 inserts which add precision and crazy power for an explosive result. The Benchwarmer is a real catapult that will send you soaring with every kick.
If you're more of a long, technical rail type, don't worry about your board, Ride has it covered. It sports Cleave Edges edges that are 50% thicker and a Sintered Base sole that is fast, solid and durable.
Finally, in order to cushion your somewhat hazardous landings and to avoid a board that vibrates up to your shoulders as soon as you pick up speed, the Benchwarmer is equipped with shock-absorbing and stiffening plates placed under the bindings as well as Carbon SlimeWalls edges.
Equip yourself like this and nothing will stop you in the park!
Big kicks and respect for other riders.

- Flex: 8/10 - Stiff
- Sidecuts: 302/252/302 for the 155cm model
- Curve radius: 8.4-7.2/7.6-6.2/8.4-7.2 m in size 155 cm
Camber:
- Twin Hybride Rocker: Camber between the feet for excellent responsiveness and two rockers at the ends. The two rockers are symmetrical, which allows for very predictable behaviour in both forward and switch positions.
Construction:
- Asymmetrical Quadratic Sidecut: A clever mix of 3 different curve radii for easy curve entry and exit. The Quadratic Sidecut is adapted to the shape and size of the board, of course!
- Performance™ Core: It is a very strong aspen core, combined with bamboo for its flex and paulownia for its light weight. A perfect blend of strength and lightness.
- Double Impact Plates : 2 reinforcement plates superimposed and placed under each of the binding zones. Improves resistance when compressed and reduces the risk of breaking.
- Hybrid Glass: Triaxial top layer for increased torsional strength and stiffness, ideal for high-speed control.
- Semelle: Sintered in Ptex 4000, which is more durable, dense, and resistant than an extruded base.
Technologies:
| Thin Con | All RIDE boards have their nose and tail refined. The aim is to reduce weight, facilitate the use of the ends and promote durability. |
| Carbon Slimewalls® | The Slimewalls (in urethane and all around the board) are combined with carbon and strategically placed. This way, the rider can put more pressure on the board to enjoy a tenfold pop. They improve the cushioning of the edges and sidewalls making them more resistant. |
| Roll In Construction | 3D construction around the Slimewall edges reinforces rigidity, prevents the torcher from disintegrating and reduces the overall weight of the board. |
| Carbon Array 3 | This technology effectively redistributes energy throughout the board, regardless of the stance of the bindings. 3 wide carbon strips extend from the binding area to the middle of the opposite rocker. Your heels are connected to your opposite edge (and so are your toes), which makes it much easier to control the board and switch between the edges. |
