60 days to change your mindThe MTN Pig from Ride is an all-mountain/freeride board, for men with a confirmed level.
The MTN Pig is back this year with a brand new screen print, it is the most energetic model in the Pig series. With its shape full of promise, the MTN Pig will take you with ease into the depths of the powder snow. The long rocker makes it easy to get the nose out of the snow while the discreet half-moon tail offers a slightly surfy ride.
The MTN Pig is equipped with multiple carbon and urethane reinforcements. It therefore has responsiveness and power without the need for cyclist's legs! The MTN Pig therefore remains accessible to many riders who feel ready for off-piste adventure.
On the slopes, the MTN Pig can count on unique sidecuts that only the engineers at Ride can find. Indeed, the Linear Quadratic Sidecut offers a long turn radius from the nose to the rear inserts and a completely straight edge to the point of tail contact! The MTN Pig is like a train on rails! The turns undertaken on the MTN Pig are safe and flawless.
The stability of the MTN Pig is ensured by the addition of urethane in the core. The Carbon Array 5™ inserts improve the responsiveness of the MTN Pig when changing from edge to edge.

Camber Hybrid Directional : hybrid profile, offering more camber than rocker.
Shape :
-Linear Quadratic Sidecut : clever mix of 3 different turn radiii, facilitating turn entry and exit. The Linear Quadratic Sidecut consists of a radius for easy nose carving, from the hook to the rear inserts and a long, perfectly straight line to the tail. The result is a considerable power gain at the end of a turn
Flex : 8/10 Stiff.
Core :
-Performance Core : very resistant wood core made of aspen (poplar) combined with bamboo and paulownia for its lightness properties. A perfect blend of strength and lightness.
- Carbon Array 5™: carbon inserts improve control of the board by stiffening it, regardless of the stance and angles that you use.
- Double Impact Plates: reinforcement Double plate under each of the binding areas. Improves resistance when compressed and reduces the risk of breaking.
Fiberglass :
-Carbon Infused Glass : the addition of carbon in the triaxial fibreglass increases pop and responsiveness without stiffening the core of the board too much.
-Topsheet : the top layer of the board is made of birch.
Sole : It is sintered in durable, high quality Ptex 4000, which is denser and faster than the extruded sole.
Technology:
- Thin Con : All RIDE boards have a refined nose and tail. The aim is to reduce weight, facilitate the use of the extremities and promote durability.
- Roll In Construction : 3D construction around the Slimewall sidecuts reinforcing rigidity, preventing the topsheet from disintegrating while reducing weight.
- Carbon Slimewalls® : Urethane Slimewalls are combined with carbon and strategically placed from the rear inserts to the tail contact points for directional boards. The Slimewalls are stretchy to avoid them breaking on impact. They improve the cushioning of the edges and make them more resistant.
- Inserts 2X4 compatible with 4*2 and 4*4 disk bindings
The MTN Pig delighted us with its stable and rigid side. On the slopes nothing can stand in its way and the MTN Pig allows you to bomb down without worrying about anything! Carving turns are crazy and catchy! Turns are sporty and can be done again and again.
In powder snow, it's pure happiness! The stability of the core makes it possible to switch from one snow to another without any worries and without having to slow down the pace. Accessible, the MTN Pig is able to take us to MACH 12 and therefore requires a certain amount of fitness to control it and not end up head forst in the powder!
