The Mindbender 100s are male freeride/freehike ski boots from K2.


Mindbender Range:

The Mindbender range has been designed targeting several major points: lightness, dynamism and fit customisation to meet the demands of freeriders, who are more and more fond of clear spaces and therefore of hiking approaches or with skis on their backs. 
To achieve this, K2 has developed the Powerlite Shell, which is based on the principle of incorporating reinforcements in the sensitive and strategic areas of the boot, while paring back the less essential parts. This seems to be the basic design premise, but it's also a task requiring craftsmanship that the American brand has achieved with the use of 4 different densities of TPU. All this offers a perfect balance between agility, power and lightness, which allows for easy climbs and all the support you expect from a freeride shoe on a descent.

Mindbenders obviously have low-tech inserts for hiking bindings, even if they are perfectly adapted to alpine bindings. They also have a 50° travel giving you an extremely natural walk, whether you're on flat terrain or in a steep area. The GripWalk soles are also perfectly adapted since their curved "rocker" shape allows for easy walking, and the grip is adapted to technical terrain.

In addition to the weight, we also find numerous other innovations included in the boots in the range. The Fastfit Instep cushions the top part of the inner boot to offer an easy fitting. Struggling to get into your boots on a cold February morning will be a thing of the past! 

And as good news often comes in pairs, the Powerliteshells and Luxfit Pro Tour integrated liners are totally thermosettable, so you can customise your shoes to the maximum. A custom fit to cocoon your precious feet! The liners are made from high-quality Ultralon foam and have asymmetrical tongues for a more ergonomic fit.


Mindbender 100:

This 100 version from the Mindbender range offers a more moderate flex than the 120 and 130, which makes it more accessible to featherlight weights or to skiers with an advanced but not expert level. Above all, it will be a little less firm, for more comfort and ease through multiple curves.

The integrated Luxfit Pro Tour is thermosettable for maximum customisation. The medium density of the Ultralon foam allows a perfect balance between durability, support and comfort.
