The Mach1 range has been designed to offer an enhanced fit for every foot shape, as well as maximum comfort and multiple customisation options, if required. Its ultra-ergonomic liner and shell enable a unique, precise fit for flawless performance.
The Mach1 MV 110 offers a more accessible flex of 110, which is aimed at experienced skiers who are looking for a model that combines control and precision without compromising on comfort. The Mach1 MV 110 has a 100 mm last, with an intermediate fit. This ensures an excellent fit, mainly due to a precise and anatomically pre-formed liner and a shell equipped with C.A.S. (Custom Adaptive Shape) technology. This unique fitting system ensures feet and shins stay comfortable, even after extended off-piste sessions. Tecnica also integrates Quick Instep technology into its boots, ensuring easy step in and out.

- C.A.S. Shell: the CAS shell is anatomically formed for a seamless fit with the liner. Common punch zones are plainly marked with a dot grid pattern on the shell and facilitate the customisation process.Benefits: the anatomically formed shell offers an out-of-the-box fit for optimal comfort. It is also easily adjusted if you need additional customisation at certain critical fit points. A customised fit enhances comfort, warmth and performance when skiing.
- C.A.S. Liner: the CAS liner is made from a dual density microcell material that is pre-formed depending on foot shape. Benefits: this material is very easy to customise and offers a low compaction rate. The anatomical shape therefore offers a remarkable fit from the very first step-in.
- Quick Instep: the plastic component moulded to the instep is more supple than the rest of the shell, offering an easy step in and out. Benefits: hassle-free step in and out. The Quick Instep technology makes it much easier to get in and out of your boots.
- Lift Lock: the innovative Lift Lock system keeps the buckle up and out of the way of the boot. Simply activate the lever and the buckle will be ready to lock into place. Benefits: very practical, this mechanism prevents the buckles from being damaged when you are getting in or out of your boots.
- Gripwalk Compatible Rubber Soles: compatible with rubber Gripwalk soles, which ensure optimal grip and performance in walk mode.
