Taking inspiration from the old step-in bindings, Burton is once again making history in the evolution of snowboarding with this new generation of Step-On® boots and bindings.
The Boa® adjustment system has been improved by the lacing technology which allows for optimal heel support. The three independent clamping zones: upper, lower and Achilles' heel ensure even tightening and completely eliminate any compression points. Comfortable support guaranteed!
The soft flex is forgiving and offers a comfortable ride, for a relaxed style. Every run is pure pleasure with the Burton Limelight Step On®.
The Step On® system enables you to put your bindings on whilst standing all you have to do is simply step into the connection points on the sides of the feet and behind the spoiler. No need to sit in the cold, wet snow to put on your bindings - and no one will complain about having to wait for you at the ski lifts!
The major advantage of this new system is the responsiveness of the boot-to-board power transfer. Because of the connection points, particularly the hi-back, the boots are literally stuck down from the high-back to the baseplate so shifts from edge to edge have never been so fast.

Lacing:
- The Sequence BOA® adjustment system allows for unique lace routing, providing you with an even fit from top to bottom, only with one turn of the dial.
Flex and Responsiveness:
- The Step On® back reinforcement features a connection point on the heel for a strap-free connection that offers unparalleled comfort and performance.
- The PowerUp medium flex 1:1 tongue creates perfect fit between the boots and tongue, thus eliminating the need to readjust while riding.
Cushioning:
- The True Fit is specially designed for women and offers lower volume and more precise fit, allowing for better feel and control of the board.
- The Sleeping Bag isothermal technology underfoot reflects heat back to the foot, improving warmth and comfort in cold conditions.
-The B3 gel padding provides maximum cushioning, does not harden at low temperatures, and withstands repeated impacts without breaking down.
Liner:
- The low-profile lock-up cuff wraps around the forefoot and ankle for optimal heel support and easy slip on and off.
- The 1.0 padded cuff hugs your calf with a combination of neoprene medial and lateral stretch zones and a super soft fur lining for increased warmth and comfort.
- The Imprint 2 thermoforming liners feature 3M® Thinsulate® insulation for extra warmth in a compact model, and an inner lace lock with hook-and-loop fastener for optimal fit.
Comfort:
- The Total Comfort construction offers a familiar feeling from day one.
- Inner snow gusset that completely seals the lower boot area, keeping your feet warm and dry.
Base:
-The Step On® outsole features cleats in the forefoot that securely lock into the binding.
