They has been designed to provide the best ratio between weight and performance in ski touring. It is an insert binding in a freeride spirit: powerful, precise and light considering its performance. The Ion 12 is designed to equip freeride touring skis, its wide base and powerful springs ensure control and precision in all circumstances and for skis up to 130mm on the waist.
With a long elastic travel in the front stop and a long spring at the back, the Ion 12 makes you forget about it and withstands the shocks encountered in freeride practice.
The Step In Guidance system and a snow and ice evacuation channel allows you to step into the bindings in the blink of an eye, in a very safe manner. The 2 QuickFlick Heel Lifts climbing wedges are very easy to handle even with poles.
The ION 12 is an extremely well designed, robust, easy to handle and above all powerful binding that will bring you outstanding skiability.
