Description

The Holgate are men's snowboard boots from K2 Snowboard.

They are aimed at experienced riders with high demands from the quality of their equipment. For a freeride practice the Holgate is the perfect boot combining robustness and reactivity. Its flex of 8/10 allows you to control your board with precision without being as extreme as the Thraxis.

Equipped with K2 Snowboard's best technologies, the Holgate is top of the freeride range. The H4 Boa® Fit System will keep your foot securely in teh bottom of the boot and the Conda™ Boa® Liner Lacing ,patented by K2 will allow you to adjust the boot with a few clicks from the outside, without having to open your boot!

The Endo™ 2.0 construction enhances the performance of this boot, especially on powder, by incorporating new materials to achieve a more consistent flex and durability. K2 is also thinking about its carbon footprint by choosing to incorporate a mesh S'Cafe Coffee which is 95% made from recycled materials.

As for the sole, what better than Vibram technology? This sole, the result of several years of research, provides comfort, durability and top grip, while guaranteeing low weight. Combined with Harshmellow™ technology, which targets and absorbs vibrations, the Holgate will give you the smoothest ride imaginable.

Once at the top of the mountain, the Holgate will ensure you the ideal safety and responsiveness, both in powder and hard snow.

- S'Cafe Coffee Mesh: Made from 95% recycled materials, this mesh combines recycled coffee with recycled polyester. It greatly reduces odour and perspiration.

- Boa® Conda™ Liner Lacing: A heel retention system powered by BOA® Fit System designed to gently tighten the rider's ankle and eliminate heel lift.

- Boa® M3 Coiler™ Fit System: The BOA® H4 Coiler focuses on the instep of the shoe. This feature generates unparalleled heel hold and creates a secure fit for fast edge response.

- 3D Formed Dual Density EVA Footbed: an insole designed with two densities of EVA to support your foot to reduce snowboarder fatigue.

- Vibram® V5 Outsole w. Harshmellow™: Ultra-durable EcoStep rubber (30% regrind), reinforced with Harshmellow™ parts under the heel and toe to reduce noise as well as vibration.
