Hoji PU Green Machine / Asphalt

The Hoji PU is a men's ski touring boot from Dynafit.

After several years of development, Dynafit and Fritz Barthel, inventor of the low-tech ski binding, and Eric Hjorleifson, professional freerider, are unveiling the brand new Hoji range designed for those that want to go cross-country and then take on the descent!

This year Dynafit has decided to expand its range and add a PU (polyurethane) version. This version is more accessible in terms of price without increasing the weight, as it only weights 1550 grams. PU is a favourite for alpine ski boots and is above all a material offering excellent support properties when descending, which is extremely reassuring for discovery or progression when out on the slopes.

The Hoji PU is equipped with a patented Hoji-Lock system which links the collar and the outer directly to avoid play between the two. This system goes from climb to descent mode in the blink of an eye and enables excellent travel for extremely natural walking, as well as performance on the descent worthy of a freeride boot. 

The Hoji PU is also equipped with Master Step inserts that also aid binding fitting. The front of the original Speed Nose boot without overhang has helped move back the pivot point which eases walking in the mountains.

With its progressive, intermediate flex, both newcomers or intermediate skiers will get great support. The Hoji PU also has an attachment system for Cramp-In crampons developed in collaboration with Salewa and offering an ultralight system.

The Hoji PU is the little sister in the Hoji range. More accessible price-wise, the Hoji PU offers an excellent weight/support/price ratio.
