Free Rider 18 L Blue Sea

The Free Rider 18 L is THE men's freeride bag from Ortovox.

This bag is the ideal companion for days out freeriding. It offers full protection, while also allowing you to comfortably carry everything you need. Ortovox has put maximum effort into the fit, to make it as comfortable and efficient as possible during rides. The Free Rider and its owner literally become one, thanks to a fully enveloping shape and a neoprene belt. The Free Rider 18 L bag is also very protective, with an SPS-Flex back shielding the wearer from injury. This built-in protection is now certified by the TÜV Institute.

In terms of accessories, the Free Rider 18 L has a ski and snowboard carrying system, as well as straps to attach a helmet, ice axe, snowshoes and other equipment. Access to the main compartment via the back panel is extremely practical, allowing you to get to your items quickly and easily without getting snow in the bag. The separate safety pocket allows you to store the three key safety tools (DVA, shovel and probes) for quick, clear access.

Finally, the Free Rider 18 L includes Ortovox's standard features: a built-in alarm whistle in the chest strap, a belt pocket, waterproof zips, and rescue instructions in case of emergency.

This 18 litre version is perfect for carrying just the essentials for a day out skiing, without too much bulk. This "L" version has a larger back to suit bigger builds.
