Description

Loyal to the brand Bataleon since the beginning, the Evil Twin is still the reference board for intermediate to advanced freestylers.

Very accessible thanks to its 5/10 medium flex, it forgives small edge faults and tricky landings thanks to its 2 rockers and Sidekicktechnology. The nose and tail edges are raised for a smoother ride.
Despite this 'easy-to-access' appearance, the Evil Twin is capable of real performance. Its pop is insane thanks to the Central Super Tube and will send you flying on every kick you come across. With its central position, it doesn't stiffen the board when twisted, offering great trick possibilities, especially when jibbing. Its shape Twin ripples just as well in normal as in switch, and the wood core Ultra light is a solid example ready to take any reception.
Finally, speed increases between 2 kicks are exponential thanks to the Hyper Glide S sintered sole, while the Carbon Stringers allow the Evil Twin to pass very easily over the edges.

Spice up all your runs with new tricks with the Evil Twin!

- Cambre:

Medium Camber: Standard camber slightly revised. Provides a good grip in hard snow, but easily forgives tricky landings and small edge faults.

- Flex:
5/10: Medium flex, a board that absorbs the roughness of the terrain while remaining rigid enough to absorb speed and grip on hard snow.

- Rockers:
Medium Uplift (Tail&Nose) - Symmetrical front and rear rockers for a balanced ride in both normal and switch conditions. Moderately raised to allow a good mix between manoeuvrability, grip and flotation.

- Shape:
Directional Twin: Directional twin shaft with a nose longer than the tail. Gives these boards a remarkable versatility between freestyle and freeride. Centre and side parts equivalent in size for a balanced ride.
Sidekick: Edges raised at widest points of nose and tail. Allows for smoother curves, increases powder flotation and holds up in difficult snow conditions. You have to ride it to believe it!

- Core:
Ultra Light Core: Wooden core made from 70% Swiss paulownia and 30% poplar for an unbeatable lateral rigidity/weight ratio.
C.S.T. SuperTubes:  Central carbon tube placed as a reinforcement in the core. Drastically increases board pop and camber grip.
Carbon Stringers: Ultra-light carbon blades integrated directly into the core. Result? Explosive pop, precise edge hold and a more responsive board.

- Topsheet:
Tri-Ax Lamination: Three-way fibreglass weave adds rigidity and precision to the board without adding torsional rigidity.

- Base:
Hyperglide S: Standard sintered sole, hard and fast, waxed to improve glide.

- Sidewalls:
Shock Walls:
urethane sidewalls for a smoother glide and good impact resistance.

- 3BT (Triple Base Technology):
Concept patented by the brand, consisting of a shape based on a working snowboard. Flat central part with a progressive raising of the edges in tip and tail. As a result, you'll be able to track straight ahead without having to worry about the edges catching. On the start of a turn, the board lifts up, providing constant pressure along the edge. On the edge, the arch shape offers an unequalled hold. This shape offers a number of advantages, such as better flotation, less risk of digging your edges into the snow on landings...
