In addition to improving the comfort of the shoe, the D3O® provides protection against shocks and eliminates the compression points often caused by the tightening of your binding strap. The auto-power strap, located on the upper part of the shell, can easily be adjusted. Opening and closing is made easy with a simple strap ring. The adjustment becomes more responsive when tightened. If you want a looser fit, simply loosen or remove the strap.

- Liner:
Cloud 10 Liner: the highest-end liner offered by Nitro, the best of the best in terms of accessible comfort. The Cloud 10 liner can be thermoset, fitting your foot like a cosy slipper!
ILS Liner Lacing: The laces of the inner liner are connected to the outer shell of the boot, allowing them to be tightened as close to your leg as possible. The liner fits perfectly with the outer boot and will not move an inch even when riding very fast.
Re/Lace Liner Locker: a system that allows you to tighten the inner liner throughout the day without having to completely open your boots.
- Cushioning:
Air Dampening: air cushioning system created to absorb the impact of heavy landings without affecting either the responsiveness or the level of control over the boots.
- Lacing:
TLS 5 Twin Lacing System: easy tightening and loosening. The Dyneema laces are very resistant to abrasion for a long lifespan. The TLS 5 system is compact, lightweight and reliable, for multi-zone lacing that will not budge. Easy to repair in the event of breakage.
Moulded TLS Lace Handles: ergonomic handles for powerful tightening. Side pocket to hold the handles.
Bail Out System: pull tab to let you loosen your laces effortlessly, no matter how hard you tightened them.

Vibram® Outsole made of EcoStep™ Compound with D3O® Shock absorption: Sole made from 50% recycled rubber, an ecological step in the right direction, while maintaining the brand's reference grip on snow and ice.
D3O is an intelligent material that improves comfort when not under stress. D3O hardens on impact, absorbing shocks and dispersing energy before returning to its original state.
