Directionalboard, the Cortado is the right choice for riders who want a versatile freeride board! The American brand Lib Tech has chosen the most efficient technologies to offer the perfect combo between big powder days, piste, and even park. To ride without holding back.
The Cortado was designed as a freeride board and it shows. Directional shaping, Setback, Interesting rib lines, Front rocker... Everything is there to go at full speed on the big untouched slopes. You can even play in the trees thanks to its manoeuvrability. If you encounter harder snow, the Cortado will get you out of trouble in a flash with its ice-crushing Magne traction edges .
But the Cortado is intended to be versatile and does not stop at its freeride construction. It offers real All-mountain performance, as it is stiff enough to go carving on the piste, and as its C2 camber offers camber underfoot, there is no risk of the edges coming off... It's a real pleasure!
The choice of a Hybrid camber is a great opportunity, which reinforces the versatility of the board Cortado. A center rocker that rotates the board when you want it to, allowing you to ride Switch and send all the tricks you want, whether it's in the backcountry, or for the more experienced, in the park.
If you only want one board, and while waiting for the fresh snow to arrive, you want to be able to enjoy the whole resort, opt for a Cortado !

- UHMW Tip/Tail Impact Deflection: The nose and tail of the board are made of UHMW polyethylene, not wood. Why? In the event of sinking due to an impact your core will not have any water infiltration and your board will live longer.
- Birch Internal Sidewall: The wood along the edges is birch.
- UHMW Sintered Sidewall: The sidewalls are made of UHMW (a kind of elastomer) and not of polluting ABS.
Topsheet
- ECO Sublimated Poly Top : Organic Top Sheet!
- Tri-ax / Bi-Ax Fiber : Bi-axial and tri-axial fibreglass.
Sole
Eco Sublimated TNT : extruded sole, Eco-friendly, faster and easier to maintain.
Edges
Magne-Traction the edges of the Libtech boards are in two parts and not in one. The edges are independent of each other so if you dent or tear it, it will be easier to repair. In addition, they are strategically corrugated for more grip on powder but also and especially on hard snow.
