The Swiss brand presents a brand new, more accessible range for intermediate to advanced ski tourers. The Axess has been designed for great versatility on all terrains, with comfort and confidence.
The Axess 86 W skis have been built with quality using a lightweight Paulownia wood core. This, paired with the Carbon 2 axis, gives the skis more rigidity without compromising on its agility on all types of terrain. Weighing just 2500g (the 161cm model without bindings), make most of their light weight during your ascent so you can focus on your goal and enjoy the beautiful landscape around you!
The tip has been designed to provide the ski with better lift, and the long tip rocker of the Axess 86 W makes it an efficient ski in powder snow. The tail features a shorter rocker that increases the ski's manoeuvrability, for better control in all situations. Comfort is increased with the VA-Tech technology, which damps vibration caused by the unevenness of the ground.
This is a versatile ski for ski tourers who want a pair of skis that are both versatile and safe. It will be your ally on the descent whatever the conditions you encounter. The Axess 86 W may also be used like alpine skis on the piste every now and then.

Technologies:
- VA-Tech: A layer of natural rubber and fibreglass positioned at the front of the ski to absorb vibration.
-Rocker: Provides excellent absorption of uneven terrain and varying snow quality as well as the ability to turn smoothly and easily.
- DPR Ti: Two-plate system, one made of fibreglass and the other made of titanal fully incorporated beneath the bindings to ensure the screws are anchored perfectly.
