Anthem 80 MV 2020

The Anthem 80 MV are women's alpine ski boots by K2.

The revolution is here with this new Anthem range, which features a considerably more lightweight design, making these ski boots more agile. With a weight of 1560g, these alpine ski boots are among the lightest ever produced. To achieve this, K2 has developed the Powerlite Shell, which is based on the principle of incorporating reinforcements in the sensitive and strategic areas of the boot, while paring back the less essential parts. This seems to be the basic design premise, but it's also a task requiring craftsmanship that K2 has achieved with the use of 4 different densities of TPU. The overall effect offers a perfect balance between agility, power and comfort. 
The Anthems are intended for performance use since they offer incredible power and support thanks to the innovative shell but also to high-density foam in the shoes.

In addition to the weight, we also find numerous other innovations included in the boots in the range. The Fastfit Instep cushions the top part of the inner boot to offer an easy fitting. Struggling to get into your boots on a cold February morning will be a thing of the past! The Energy Interlock technology eliminates the usual need for rivets, giving the Recon a progressive and reactive flex.

And as good news often comes in pairs, the Powerlite shells and Precisionfit / Luxfit Pro inners featured in all the shoes in the range are totally thermosettable, so you can customize your shoes to the maximum. A custom fit to cocoon your precious feet! The liners are made from high-quality Ultralon foam and have asymmetrical tongues for a more ergonomic fit.

 
Anthem 80 MV : 

The Anthem 80 MV version has a LuxFit Pro liner with a preformed ankle and malleoli for an ultra-comfortable fit from the very first use. With a fairly generous flex of 80, it offers a good combination of comfort and performance. This ski is ideal for intermediate skiers or good, very light skiers who do not want too much rigidity.

MV stands for "Medium Volume" and has a width of 100 mm, which offers you optimum precision without ever sacrificing on comfort. The perfect balance between responsiveness and a comfortable fit.
