In terms of the straps, the Al-6's strap is designed in one piece to be comfortable and high performing with quality support throughout the day. The tightening buckles are precise and durable, regardless of the conditions. The ankle strap is reversible and can be mounted in two ways for two different uses: with the rigid side up for better performance and accuracy. Or with the soft side up for a smoother, more comfortable ride.

Flex: 6/10
Baseplate:
A-Series Aluminum Chassis: Made entirely of aluminium to provide optimal flex and responsiveness for a better practice. It has been reworked this season to offer a less rigid flex but with as much energy as ever. Thinner than nylon and plastic frames, this allows you to take advantage of the board's flex.
2.5° incline angle: for a natural and adapted position to ensure control and pop regardless of your stance and preference.
Diecut Basepads: The EVA foam of your base is complemented by a urethane injection for an even more effective cushioning effect. Ideal for fast runs or big freestyle landings.
Spoiler:
Slimeback™ Highback: featherweight spoiler for freestyle performance with urethane for SOFT cushioning.
Straps:
One-Piece Reversible Ankle Strap: one-piece straps have two levels of density and flexibility to adapt to the intended use. If it's a more relaxed day, position the soft part upwards to maximise the flexibility of the binding. If you feel like going all out, place the stiffer part upwards to gain precision.
Minimalist Toe Straps: ensures a firm hold of your boot.
Buckles:
Linkage Ratchet: designed to be durable and to make the ride more fluid.
