| NETPLUS® | Developed and patented by Bureo®, a Chilean association that fights against ocean pollution, this technology involves recycling fishing nets: the nylon and high polyethylene (HDPE) are 100% recycled to create a new material. The latter is used to manufacture the brim of Patagoniacaps, or the reinforcement of skate decks at Carver, etc. |
| FAIR TRADE CERTIFIED™ | The brand pays a bonus for every Fair Trade Certified™ product that Patagoniacarries. This extra money goes directly to the factory workers who decide how to spend it themselves. This program promotes the health and safety of workers as well as respect for social and environmental standards. This also encourages dialogue between management and employees. |
