How to measure for clothes

You need...A tape measureor1 ruler and some string

When measuring for men and unisex's clothes remember the following :

I = Height : From your heels to the top of your head.
A = Bust size : Around your back and under your arms.
B = Waist size : Around the narrowest part of your waist.
C = Hips : Around the largest part of your hips.
F = Sleeve lengh : From the centre of your neck down to your sleeve following the shoulder and the arm.
D = Shoulder width : Distance between your shoulders.
E = Inseam : From your heels to the top of your inner leg.
L = Height between waist and hips : From the narrowest part of your waist and the largest part of your hips.
H = Head circumference : Around your head.

When measuring for women's clothes remember the following :

I = Height : From your heels to the top of your head.
A = Bust size : Around your back and under your arms and above your chest.
G = Chest size : Around your back and under your arms and on your chest.
B = Waist size : Around the narrowest part of your waist.
C = Hips : Around the largest part of your hips.
F = Sleeve lengh : From the centre of your neck down to your sleeve following the shoulder and the arm.
D = Shoulder width : Distance between your shoulders.
E = Inseam : From your heels to the top of your inner leg.
L = Height between waist and hips : From the narrowest part of your waist and the largest part of your hips.
