T-shirts and sweatshirts inspired by Basque culture

Katxi Klothing was founded in 2016 in Saint-Jean-de-Luz by two childhood friends, Thibaud and Jean. The project actually began back in their school days, when they printed a hundred t-shirts under the name "Katxi" just for fun. Thirteen years later, that "crazy idea" has become a real brand. As you may have noticed, Katxi loves to swap Cs for Ks: Klothing, Kreation, Kommunity. It's a constant nod to Basque identity that sets the tone.

The kolleKtions (we're joining in too) are inspired by the culture, history, and lifestyle of the Basque Country. The graphics are clean and modern, far from the usual beret-chilli-cheese clichés. You'll find historic figures like Sabino Arana or the explorer Juan Sebastian El Cano, reimagined with a contemporary touch. All customisation (screen printing, sewing, embroidery, labelling) is carried out within 30 km of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, using organic cotton and recycled polyester.
