To take the right measurements, you need to know that:

1. The height corresponds to your height from head to ankles.
2. To measure chest circumference, pass the tape measure under the arms and over the chest.
3. To measure waist circumference, take the narrowest point of the bust.
4. To measure hip circumference, take the widest point at the level of your pelvic bones.
5. To measure sleeve length, measure from halfway up the neck to the wrist, following the shoulder.
6. To measure theinseam, measure the length from the groin to the ankles.
